Introduction
The Statistics, Planning and Projects Section of the Ministry of Transport and Communication deals with the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of projects. The main aim of these projects includes development of nationwide, as well as global transportation provided to and from the Maldives.
This section works for the betterment and labors for the future and progress of land, maritime and air transport. All of which have become very vital to the rapidly developing world.
